Nick Williams is a Vice President at BCA, where he advises healthcare services, healthcare technology, and life sciences companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Nick has over 8 years of experience working with healthcare organizations across the care continuum. Prior to joining BCA in 2026, Nick was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking team in San Francisco, where he focused on high-growth healthcare technology and life sciences companies. Nick graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics and received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

• A native of Southwest Michigan, Nick moved from California to Nashville in 2026, where he now lives with his wife and young children
• Nick enjoys long-distance running, reading, and anything that gets him outdoors with his family
• A vinyl enthusiast, Nick can be found hunting record stores and Nashville’s antique malls for new additions to his collection
