Experience
Prior to joining Brentwood Capital Advisors, Tom was co-head of the Corporate Finance Department of J.C. Bradford & Co. and also served on J.C. Bradford’s Commitment Committee. Tom joined J.C. Bradford in February 1980 and was named partner in 1985. During his tenure, Tom directed over $4 billion in financings and merger assignments for emerging growth companies and firms executing consolidation strategies primarily in the healthcare services, business services, staffing and technology industries. In addition, Tom organized and directed 17 workshops addressing over 500 private companies on the IPO and capital raising process. Prior to joining J.C. Bradford, Tom was with Wachovia Bank and Trust as a corporate banking officer responsible for middle and eastern Tennessee.
