Minneapolis, MN, November 27, 2006 - Ceridian Corporation (NYSE: CEN) today announced that it has
acquired Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Leade Health, a leading health coaching firm specializing in the areas of
weight management, stress management, tobacco cessation, and cardiovascular health. Brentwood Capital
Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Leade Health in this transaction.
Leade Health is a privately held company with more than 15 years experience in disease prevention within
government agencies, health plans and corporations, directly decreasing medical costs by supporting
individuals in changing behavior that compromise their health and productivity. Since their inception, they
have clinically assessed and triaged more than 40,000 at-risk individuals into highly personalized health
