Jack Harrington Joins BCA as Principal

Nashville, TN - December 11, 2002 -- Tom Wylly, Partner at Brentwood Capital Advisors, LLC ("BCA"), today announced that John ("Jack") K. Harrington will be joining BCA as a Principal, effective January 1, 2003. Mr. Harrington, a Chartered Financial Analyst, was formerly a Vice President at Nelson Capital Corporation, one of the area's leading merchant banking firms. Mr. Harrington joined Nelson Capital in 1995 upon graduation from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, Mr. Harrington was employed with Andersen Consulting in Chicago and Nashville as an information technology consultant. Mr. Harrington currently serves on the Board of Directors of InfoPartners, Inc. and Inphact, Inc.
