Experience
Nick co-founded BCA in May 1999. Previously he served as an associate in the Investment Banking Group of SunTrust Equitable Securities. During his four years at STES, Nick worked primarily in the Business and Consumer Services Group, where he was responsible for the marketing and execution of public and private equity financings, as well as, M&A advisory services to companies in the business services, financial services, restaurant and consumer products industries.
